Meet Our Staff
Tess Hart - Medical Esthetician
Tess Rossiter has worked as a medical esthetician for the past four years. She completed her training in Idaho. Tess joined our team at Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in 2008.
Tess specializes in preventing and correcting sun damaged, aging and acne-prone skin. Her goal is to provide clients with the knowledge to protect and maintain the health of their skin. Tess is also very experienced with camouflage makeup post-operatively as well as tips and tricks for daily makeup application.
Shari Rae Hayden - Medical Esthetician
Shari has been a medical esthetician for over 11 years. She completed her training in Scottsdale, Arizona at the National Aesthetics Institute. Shari joined our team at Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in 2004.
Shari’s emphasis is on anti-aging treatments such as medical grade facials, peels and progressive laser treatments. A gifted makeup artist, Shari loves helping people with everyday makeup application as well as camouflage makeup and special event application. She is extremely energetic and devoted to helping clients with all aspects of their skin care regime.
Sarah Topp – Clinical / Surgical Assistant
Sarah became a member of the team at Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in 2005. She graduated from the University of Montana in 2000 and prior to joining our staff she worked as a plastic surgery nurse in southern California.
Sarah is involved with the entire surgical process. She assists Dr. Hayes with the initial consults, pre-ops, surgery, and post-ops appointments. She thoroughly enjoys getting to know each of our patients and assisting them through their surgical journey.
Matty Hancock – Reception / Patient Care
Matty became a member of the team at Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in 2011. He attended the University of Montana’s dance program before pursing professional dance in New York City. He began his carrier in the customer service industry over 15 years ago, working in various management positions. With an ongoing interest in medicine and aesthetics he finds assisting our patients with their needs extremely gratifying.
Molly Hayes – Registered Nurse
Molly is the eldest daughter of Dr. Hayes and Kathleen. She graduated nursing school in 2005 and has worked in a number of areas in the nursing field. She joined the team at Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in July of 2010.
Molly works in many capacities at Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery including circulating during surgeries, administration, marketing and overall patient care. She finds fulfillment in working with each of our patients and building long-term relationships.
