What is Tinting?

Tinting is a semi-permanent form of coloring light colored eyelashes and eyebrows. The Montana Medical Spa uses a vegetable dye specifically designed for the eye area. Tinting is highly recommended for lashes and brows that are blonde, red or light brown. Eyelash tinting will last approximately 4 weeks. (The tint will fade faster for people who use chlorinated pools.) Eyebrow tinting will last approximately 2 weeks.

Tinting will not lengthen and thicken lashes like mascara but it will color your lashes down to the roots. When you do need to apply mascara for volume, you will not have to color your entire lashes, just the tips.
