How does VelaShape work?
VelaShape uses combined energies to target fatty tissues. In addition, a vacuum and light tissue manipulation even out the skin to reveal a smoother, tighter figure.
How long does it take to notice a change?
Gradual improvement can be seen following the second to third treatments. Most patients require five treatments to achieve optimal results. Results in circumference and cellulite reduction will be most apparent six to eight weeks following the final treatment session.
How many inches can I expect to reduce with VelaShape?
In clinical studies, patients report an average reduction of 1 inch post-treatments; some had reduction of circumference as high as 3 inches.
What is the treatment like?
The velaShape treatment feels much like a deep tissue massage that is accompanied by heat. The treatment is done in zones, with each small area being treated for 5-7 minutes at a time. The treatment sessions are spaced one week apart and most people achieve the results they desire after 5-6 treatments.
Does the VelShape require maintenance treatments?
To maintain the results achieved it is recommended that you have a one follow up treatment every six months.
