Sculpt your body

Laser assisted liposuction is used to sculpt the body and get rid of the stubborn areas of fat that diet and exercise alone cannot accomplish.

If you are considering laser liposuction...

LipoLite is the new evolution in how laser technology is being used to help people look and feel their best. LipoLite is often a complement to treatments such as traditional liposuction or other body contouring procedures, because LipoLite can treat smaller problem areas that traditional liposuction can't.

Why LipoLite™?

Laser liposuction accomplishes several things that traditional liposuction alone cannot do. One it liquefies the fat allowing us to use smaller instruments to remove the fat and causes less trauma to the tissues. The laser also tightens the underneath layer of the skin causing some retraction and tightening of the tissues.

How LipoLite Works:

LipoLite features a tiny tube, called a "cannula," which is inserted through a tiny incision into your skin. A precise, powerful laser beam is directed via an optical fiber through a cannula, and liquefies deposits of fat cells within the treatment area. Liquefied fat is then removed from your body using the same small incision.

The LipoLite result:

With only one treatment (under an hour per area), you'll be back to work in two days, but your body will continue to improve over the next six to eight weeks!

Common Questions

What body regions can be treated with LipoLite™? LipoLite can treat smaller areas not possible with traditional liposuction. Ideal treatment regions include smaller areas on the face, neck, arms, bra line, back, belly, thighs, and buttocks. The male breast can also be treated.

When can I expect to see results? While results may sometimes be seen almost immediately, the most visible results will be reached six to eight weeks after treatment.

Will I need anesthesia? LipoLite is minimally-invasive, and considerably less traumatic to the body than traditional liposuction, so only local anesthesia (around the area treated) is required for treatments.

Does it hurt? Local anesthesia helps make the LipoLite procedure comfortable. After treatment, and when the anesthesia begins to wear off, patients may experience minimal bruising, plus minor aches and pains that naturally dissipate over time. LipoLite patients typically return to work one to two days after treatment.

Am I a good candidate for the LipoLite procedure? If you are in good health, but have stubborn areas of fat that you can't seem to get rid of through diet and exercise, and have reasonable expectations of treatment results—you’re a candidate for LipoLite.

How many treatments will I need? For most patients only one treatment is required. The session may last from 30 minutes to one hour for each area treated.

How much does treatment cost? Costs vary depending on treatment areas and the total number of required treatment sessions. LipoLite treatments are typically less expensive than traditional liposuction.

During a consultation appointment, Dr. Hayes will discuss in detail which technique(s) will provide the best result for you.
