The Perfect Derma Peel takes about 15 minutes to administer and the patient may feel a slight stinging sensation which usually subsides after 30-60 seconds. Immediately after the peel has been applied the skin will appear red, as if you have had a sunburn. The peel solution should not be washed off for at least 6 hours. Peeling generally begins on day 3 and should be complete by day six or seven.
Depending on the severity of the skin condition, a series of 3-4 peels spaced four weeks apart is recommended for optimal results. The Perfect Derma Peel will reduce hyperpigmentation, sun damage and Melasma. It also helps control acne and reduce acne scars.
