At the Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery, most of our elective cosmetic services are available on a cash basis only. Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer financing (see below).
For procedures that are covered by insurance, such as reconstructive surgery, we are participating providers with Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Allegiance, Pacific source, Cigna and Montana Health Co-op
