I love this place! From the moment you arrive, the staff treats you like you are part of the family. Matty, at the front desk greets everyone with a warm smile and isn’t afraid to follow l with a big hug. He keeps the center running smoothly while maintaining a personal and welcoming atmosphere. Kestin and the other estheticians give the best and most relaxing facials. They have many “tools in their tool chest” and know exactly what treatments to do so that you leave with a healthful glow. Molly, Kathy and Dr. Hayes take the time to acknowledge you and make you feel like a valued client and friend. They have created an outstanding environment with highly trained staff, a variety of the latest treatment options while maintaining a warm family type atmosphere. I feel fortunate to have such an outstanding business right here in Missoula.

From entering the beautiful and pristine office to the always friendly Matty, at the front desk, to the warm and most competent nursing team. Then there’s Dr Hayes. Not only is he personable and approachable, he is extremely skilled and his hands are those of an artist. My surgery results were wonderful. I had no pain at all during my procedure and none post-op. As an RN with 35 years in the plastic/cosmetic field choosing the right doctor for my facelift was not done without extensive research. I can say 6 weeks out without a doubt I made the best decision! Dr Hayes is amazing! From first contact at the office with Matty to the consult, preop and surgery everything was explained thoroughly. Dr Hayes listened and let me know what expectations I could have. He suggested a chin implant and although hesitant I went with it and am soooo happy!! I also liked not having to have general. Tbh the discomfort after was minimal to none, minimal bruising and recovery was a breeze! Dr Hayes and his team are the absolute best! I look fabulous but not “done”. Exactly what I hoped for!
